Choosing mediation can help to avoid or lower the cost of using a family lawyer to negotiate your matter or of proceeding to Court, the costs of which can often run into the tens of thousands of dollars. We will assist you to navigate your family law matter in a manner which is as cost-effective as possible.
Mediation also offers you the opportunity to resolve your family law matter more quickly, allowing you avoid the financial stress of ongoing legal fees, and to move on.
We offer set fees, and there are no hidden charges. We do not charge any additional fees for time spent in reviewing documentation, drafting Parenting Plans or issuing Section 60I certificates.
Each party is responsible for payment of their own fees. However, if it is agreed between the parties, one party can pay for the total costs.
