We offer fixed fees so you can be certain of our costs.

We do not charge for:

  • Legally Assisted mediation (where your lawyer attends mediation with you)

  • Drafting agreements

  • Issuing Section 60I certificates

Each party is responsible for payment of their own fees. However, if it is agreed between the parties, one party can pay the total cost.

The cost of legal proceedings can be significant. Choosing to mediate can help to avoid or lessen your legal costs, reach agreements sooner and move on.

Our Fees

We keep our fees simple with no hidden charges.
